Students will be able …

To say hello and introduce themselves.
To demonstrate prior knowledge of the French language and French culture.
To demonstrate knowledge of the course and classroom expectations.
To discuss the importance of learning a foreign language, French in particular.
To discuss about the country of France, the European Union, and about the many French-speaking countries found worldwide.
